Food and Diet

Proteins
Protein is good for your body to keep it healthy and it helps your growth, it also repairs your damaged tissue beneath your skin. Proteins can be found in meat, eggs, nuts, drinks and beans or any food in a can. Did you you know that proteins are made out of amino acids. Just remember kids eat your proteins.


Water
Without living with water your body starts dehydrating, especially your mouth and throat. Water is vital to human beings and others. Everyday you must have 65% inside you body to keep the blood flowing and healthy. As some of you know water in your house comes from water pipes, but before they get sent to you the must be cleansed. Just remember eat your delicious lettuce because they hold 90% of water inside of them to keep you hydrated.
