When a warm air mass meets a cold air mass they don't mix. Instead, the warm less dense air is pushed up over the cold dense air creating the front. As a result, much like when air is forced up over mountains the warm less dense air cools, and the water vapour condenses into water and falls as raindrops. It can also happen in the united kingdom.

When it rains I would wear a rain coat and run to school. I always grab my netbook and my math book. Then I would go to my math class and do my maths. When I finish I eat my lunch. Then I play on my netbook. Then I will do my writing and reading. We have lunch again and we play games again. Then we have writing. Then we go home.

How to care for our ears
How to care for our ears
Your ears are very important. They are important because it helps you with everything. You should take care of your ears by cleaning your pinna and when there’s loud noises you put ear muffs on. Make sure no one screams in ear or yell in your ear because it can damage your ears. Don’t sniff cause if you do it can make you deaf and it can give a glue ear if it does then stops the eardrum, the hammer and the anvil from it going in the cochlea. If you're listening to music with earphones don’t press it in too much. Thats why it is important. Clean your ears with extra care. Wipe the outer ear with a washcloth or tissue. Do not put anything into your ear smaller than your elbow. If you have a buildup of wax that is blocking your hearing see your doctor to have it
removed. Ears are special part of our body and like any other organs.
We should take good care of it. Avoid severe blows to the head. This includes contact sports such as boxing. Avoid noisy places such as construction sites, concerts firing range or anything that creates tremendous noise. These places will damage your hearing in the long run. If your work is at higher risk of noise pollution, make sure that you take a rest for an hour or two before continuing your work. This can relieve your ear from extreme noise pressure and stress.
6. Use ear protection plugs is you can’t avoid public places. Turn the volume of your car radio or anything that can irritate your hearing.
Brushing your teeth
Brushing your teeth
Brushing your teeth is important. The way how your suppose to brush is you get a fresh toothbrush and make sure you're not using anyone else's because if you are you can get plaque from theres or you can put some on theres. Brush it everyday to keep your teeth clean. You brush your teeth at the top and the bottom. Behind your teeth and in front. If you think your teeth is bad you should tell mum to take you to the dentist. You should always brush your teeth twice a day.

Brainie
Brainie
This game has addition and subtractions. Sometimes it gets even hard as you go through all the levels. If you see a number on the side of his head like 9 you just use 6 + 3 =9 or any thing that adds up to what the number says on the side. You could use subtracting by doing a number higher than the number on the side of his head. Pretend it says 9 at the side of his head and then use subtracting like 10 - 1 =9 http://www.coolmath-games.com/0-brainie/index.html

Adding using tidy numbers with problems,
We are learning to solve addition problems by first adding a tidy number and then subtracting a small number to compensate
Today at school my maths class room 12 and I started a new math that we could start with. It was a very hard for some of us but then we all got used to it because of our teacher. If some person asks me how to do his answer I would say your answer is 34 + 78 = 112 because 34 + 80 =114 - 2 = 112

Fraction monkeys
Fraction monkeys
On Friday I was playing a game and it was called Fraction monkeys. With Fraction monkeys you have to drag the monkey onto the hook but you have to put the monkey on the correct answer. If you get it wrong then the monkey falls off. When it falls off then the answer will come up. This game is kind a hard when your nearly to the end. It's very easy when you are just in the level 1 - 3. Out of all the math games I like this.

SUMDOG
This game is a fraction game and a reading game and a multiplying. There's also some more games that are the same. The best game that I like is Sumdog. The second game that I like is Bamzooki because you can bump people off. When you bump people off the arena becomes yours. You can also create your own character. There's different kind of arenas like the ice arena, the desert and the business arena. This website is called sumdog. I always use fractions very hard on sumdog like I try hard in class. When I verse people on sumdog and were using fraction.

Netball 23-7-14
On Wednesday my class and I went outside and we played netball. The first thing that started off was friendly fire. There were a green team, blue team, yellow team and a red team. The team that I was in was the red team. We got the hoops and the ball. After we brag all of the stuff out we we started playing Friendly fire. We had to throw the balls thru the hoop. There was a person at the back of the hoop because so they can catch the ball so it doesn't roll a way. When Donna whistles then we have to stop. The team that won was the red team. The second team that won was blue. When room 10 came out then we left and walked back to class.

european
The first European to sight New Zealand
was Dutch explorer Abel Tasman. He was on an expedition to discover a great Southern continent ‘Great South Land’ that was believed to be rich in minerals. In 1642, while searching for this continent, Tasman sighted a ‘large high-lying land’ off the West Coast of the South Island. They came in a waka. Captain James Cook, who reached New Zealand in October 1769 on the first of his three voyages, was the first European explorer to circumnavigate and map New Zealand They got here in 1642. They found a big turtle on the way to nz. When people colonise a place it means that they settle and establish a colony on that territory.

Taane Diary
10/5/14 DAY 1. I was at Hawaii. But I wasn't cuffable at Hawaii. So I went on a boat to go NZ.We packed my baked beans , crackers , a drink and lots of more food.We jumped on the boat. Then we rode off. It took us 2 hours.
DAY 5… we grabbed our stuff and drove off inside the boat. Well we were driving there was a very big storm. We reached up to Samoa.
DAY 7... We had a sleep on the sand but we had a shade over us.When we woke up we went to go get the drink because it was so hot.We had some crackers. After our crackers we fell asleep. After our sleep we went for a drive to new zealand.
DAY 12… Finally I made it to nz. But the only reason why I got sad is because I made it to bay island. I grabbed a bunch of bananas for me and my friends and I got some coconuts. But I wanted some pineapples. But my friends didn't eat that much. I like when my friends were here. I wish my mum came with me to Hawaii. My friends and I went drove to G.I. I went to G.I because I wanted to see my parents. When I got there was a big feast over there house. I was glad to see them.

Tongue Tasters
I like the taste of raspberry ice
Slurpy slushies too are nice
Boiled eggs give a squishy munch but I prefer a crunchy lunch.
Crispy crackly crinkly chips
The kind that gives you salty lips.
Jammy doughnuts that go squelch
and fizzy fluids that make you be
I like sizzling sausage rolls and creamy licks from mixing you bowls
Juicy lubes are good to chew while tangy sherbets tingle too.
Christmas mince pies-two or three and chocolate fudge tastes heavenly.
Dear Diane
Thank you for helping me know how to use expression and commas.I enjoyed reading with you.I hope you like my reading.I hope I can see you in the holidays and read with you.Thank you again.By Huntah

21/5/15
Today there was a Cycle safety for room9 and room 10.When the bell rang room9 came in class for maths. But there was no maths.so we waited for the Cycle safety people to com and teach us how to ride a bycicle. Then when he showed up every one kept still. Then he told us how to ride a bycicle. When he finished we went out for a ride. But thing we did was we had to put a solid helmet on.Then we lined up.When we lined up Ruth handed out the bikes. When we finished we said good bye. Then we went in class.
This is how you brush your teeth
The reason why you should always brush is because you need to remove all the plaque from your teeth so they don’t eat your teeth. You always need a:
. Toothbrush
. Tooth paste
. cup
. water
First you take your toothbrush and your toothpaste. Then you start to brush but brush your bottom and top separately. floss a day.If you have holes in your teeth you have to go to the dentist. You should always go to the dentist every six months.Brush your teeth 2x a day.

This is Huntah.
Hi I am a boy and I am 9 years old. My name is Huntah. I live in Farringdon Street in the suburb of Glen Innes, in Auckland, New Zealand. I go to the Glen Innes School in our area called Glen Innes School. I am proud of my of my green uniform and wear it daily to school.
I have green eyes, and back hair. Sometimes I colour my hair blond
The things I like doing at school are working on my netbook, playing handball and reading books. Going swimming everyday is so cool. I also love writing and updating my blog every week. It is cool to see so many people from all over the world reading my writing.
Like all the students in my class, I like food. I enjoy eating at KFC, Mcdonald’s and Carl Junior’s, but my favourite is Burger King.
I have many friends at school too. In school we get together to play tennis and rugby I love playing with my best friend, Moeses. Sometime we get together after school for a game of handball.
Glen Innes is a cool place to be in.
